High Vacuum Oil Treatment Plant

High Vacuum Oil Treatment Plant

Who might need this machine?

1. Transformer and capacitor manufacturers

2. Transformer Service Companies

3. Transformer Owners

Our transformer oil treatment plants use filtration and vacuum dehydration technology, they are suitable for preparation of new insulating oil and purification of used oils for reuse.

The series capacity is from600 L/H to18,000 L/H. Trailer-type portable plants are available to allow on-site servicing of transformer oil. Plants are also designed for drying out of the coils of transformer by hot oil circulation and oil filling under vacuum.

The plant mainly consists of 4 systems. OIL TRANSFER SYSTEM, HEATING SYSTEM, FILTRATION SYSTEM AND VACUUM SYSTEM, which are interlocked to enable the plants to work automatically, little attention is required once the purifier is started.
